Visiting the Jewish Heritage Center at NEHGS
Scheduling an appointment is required. Although many of our collections have been digitized, several are stored in an off-site facility and we require at least two weeks to ensure the collection you need can be delivered in time for your appointment. Please call 617-226-1245 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to schedule your appointment.
Reading Room Hours
Our reading room hours are Monday through Thursday, 9AM-5 PM, and Friday 9AM-2PM.
The staff is available to help researchers with their photocopying, research, photography and genealogy requests. Due to the additional time involved in satisfying these requests, we must charge fees for certain services.
We accept payments by cash or check.
Staff time is limited to 20 minutes per patron for reference questions. More extensive or intensive research services are available on a fee-for-service basis for individuals and institutions. Please contact us at 617-226-1245 or at email@example.com for more information.
